If you are one of the lucky winners of our tool and support belts from mduk competitions this page is to submit your belt size. We have a list of the lucky winners for each week. Anyone submitting a form that is not on the winning list will be rejected.

We can only send out the belts once we have the size you require.

The support belt is made to be worn on the outside of your cloths and coats so please allow for this when choosing your size.

​

The back support is separate to the belt and can be moved side to side or take off to use the belt on its own.

​

​example: Example: If you are a Medium 36" waist over your trousers, then the belt ranges from 33" up to 41" to allow for thicker clothing and coats to be worn.

The aim is to select the belt size that is closest to your middle hole size.

Middle hole 32”   from 27” to maximum 35"

Medium 

Middle hole 36”   from 33" to maximum 41”

Large

Middle hole 43”   from 39" to maximum 48”
